1 Having ordered a tube set with battery pack, even only I wanted a battery, I got a battery but no tube, which I probably paid for. Sharp practice! Apart from that your service was excellent but i'll buy my batteries elsewhere. Alex Alexander Flett

1 X21R.2 Well I got one! used it twice and now not working not sure if it's the torch or batteries not charging either way not happy Going to check if still in warranty ? Andrew Anderson

5 Recently I've bought an X21R.2 Torch light wich I'm very happy with. Only small impediment I've meet was the battery was consuming to fast on maximum power (3200 lumens) so I've started looking for solutions. Was very happy to find out they were selling spare batteries. Good part of it is they comes together with the tube (actual body) of the Torch so you don't need to disassemble anything, just screw in the head and the back and your ready to go. Same strong aluminum craft, comes with a unique code inscriptioned on it,so you can make the deference between the two of them. As value, i've found it reasonable compared to Torch value. Very happy with it, would totally recommend it. Bogdan Necula

Delivery & Returns

Order before 2pm weekdays for same day dispatch on all Express and Next Day (UK) orders, including engraved orders.

UK Orders:
Standard (FREE over £30): 5-10 working days.
Express (£3.95) : 1-3 working days.
Next Day (£7.95): Next Day before 6pm.

International orders to the Republic or Ireland will be dispatched using DPD. All orders for delivery outside the UK will be subject to any local import duties, brokerage fees, sales tax or VAT and will need to be paid to the courier. International orders will be sent via Landmark Global. Once the email is dispatched an email will be sent with your tracking information.

Our Packaging:

All of our packaging is plastic free and can be recycled or composted at home. We still receive a number of products from our suppliers wrapped in plastic, which means you may receive some of this in your parcel. We are communicating with our suppliers to change this.

On engraved orders we are so confident that you will be delighted with the quality of the engraving that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we still offer our no quibble returns service.. Returns from outside the UK will need to pay return postage.
